This immersive, story‑rich journey through Scotland blends iconic landmarks, spectacular landscapes, unique culinary experiences and private, locally guided exploration. From the cobbled streets of Edinburgh and the rolling hills of Highland Perthshire to the dramatic glens of Glencoe, every day offers a new chapter in the country’s fascinating history and natural beauty.

Our Scotland retreat integrates daily yoga and meditation practice into a carefully curated itinerary. You’ll connect body and mind amid ancient castles, serene lochs and verdant forests while savoring Scotland’s vibrant culture.

Accommodations & Logistics

  • Duration: 9 days / 8 nights (June 23 – July 1, 2026).
  • Hotels: Stay in 4★ accommodations across Scotland—double occupancy, king ensuite rooms. Properties include centrally located hotels in Edinburgh (e.g., Apex Waterloo Hotel), a charming lochside hotel at Kinloch Rannoch, riverside hotels in Aberdeenshire and Inverness, and an imposing lochside hotel by Glencoe.
  • Daily breakfast: Enjoy a hearty breakfast each morning.
  • Meals: Includes one gourmet lunch and one special farewell dinner.
  • Transfers: Private arrival and departure airport transfers (Edinburgh Airport).
  • Transportation: Private driver‑guide for 7 full days, including fuel, tolls and all driver expenses.

Sample Daily Schedule

  • Day 1 – Arrival & Edinburgh: Arrive at Edinburgh Airport and enjoy a private transfer to your hotel. Meet your local guide for an afternoon walking tour from the New Town to the Old Town, ending at Edinburgh Castle. Evening yoga nidra followed by dinner at leisure.
  • Day 2 – Forth Valley: Morning Vinyasa practice, then explore filming locations from the TV series Outlander such as Midhope Castle, Hopetoun House, Blackness Castle and Culross. Lunch and entry fees are included. Evening yin yoga back in Edinburgh.
  • Day 3 – Highland Perthshire: After yoga and breakfast, travel north to Highland Perthshire; optional visit to Scone Palace and a woodland walk at The Hermitage. Enjoy a private chocolate tasting with a Master Chocolatier. Arrive at your lochside hotel on Loch Rannoch and unwind with evening meditation.
  • Day 4 – Highlands & Aberdeenshire: Journey through Cairngorm National Park, stopping at Blair Castle & Gardens and the House of Bruar for Scottish shopping. Visit Balmoral Castle and enjoy a whisky tasting with folk music and storytelling. Overnight in a riverside hotel.
  • Day 5 – Aberdeenshire & Speyside: After breakfast and yoga, travel north for a tour (optional) of Castle Forbes and then into Speyside to explore whisky distilleries. Lunch locally, afternoon tour and tasting at Glenfiddich Distillery. Arrive in Inverness and enjoy an evening yoga nidra.
  • Day 6 – Inverness & Culloden: Visit Culloden Battlefield, Clava Cairns and participate in a private sheepdog demonstration. Enjoy free time in Inverness to explore historic Church Street and the Inverness Castle exhibitions.
  • Day 7 – Loch Ness & Glencoe: Travel along Loch Ness with a visit to Urquhart Castle; optional boat trip. Continue south via the Highland Soap Company Visitor Centre and the dramatic Glencoe valley. Overnight at a lochside hotel in Glencoe.
  • Day 8 – Loch Lomond & Perthshire: On your final day explore Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park, Doune Castle, Stirling (optional) and Drummond Castle Gardens. Return to Edinburgh for a farewell dinner and closing meditation.
  • Day 9 – Departure: Private transfer to the airport for your onward journey.

  • Highland sheepdog demonstration and optional activities such as boat trips on Loch Ness and soap making workshop (supplements may apply).
  • Expert planning and support, including bespoke digital itinerary and 24/7 in‑destination assistance.
  • Yoga mats and props provided; classes focus on strength, flexibility, endurance, grace and joy.

Exclusions: International or domestic flights, travel insurance/visas, meals not listed, optional extras, gratuities.

  • Double occupancy: Price available upon request (includes accommodations, transportation, listed meals, experiences and yoga sessions).
  • Single occupancy: Price available upon request.
  • Deposit: US $500 non‑refundable deposit required to secure your spot. Balance is due 60 days before departure.
